City and Guilds offers this award and is suitable for those who are involved with promoting learning by delivering training and development in the workplace or in training establishments.

DURATION
6 months to 2 years
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
No prior qualifications required. You must be able to evidence all the units through your actual performance in the workplace.
UNITS / MODULES
11 units (7 x Mandatory and 4 x Optional Units)
ASSESSMENT METHOD
Assessment plans, Witness Testimonies, etc.
UPON COMPLETION
Upon completion, candidates will have obtained the City and Guilds Level 3 Award in Learning and Development and may choose to progress with the Level 4 Award.
