CIEH Level 2 Award in
Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety

Introduction
Dunelm Associates Ltd is now able to offer a qualification to help employers protect their staff as well as their organisation's operational effectiveness. The CIEH Level 2 Award in Conflict Resolution and Personal Safety is a one-day qualification that aims to provide an understanding of the methods used to diffuse confrontational behaviour and how the risk of conflict can be assessed.
Reducing conflict with customers, the public, suppliers and colleagues supports the brand, increases customer loyalty and improves employee retention. This qualification is relevant to anyone whose work brings them into contact with others, be they colleagues, customers, members of the public, patients or clients. The qualification is equally relevant to the public and private sector.
