The New ILM Standards (introduced in September 2007) means that this programme originally known as either an Introductory Award or a Full Award is now broken into
1) ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management
2) ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management
3) ILM Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management
